practical guide to house repairs

(aka. just throw money at at)

there's no such thing as coincidence.

i believe we can make choices: choose paths, but certain key moments will happen regardless

we influence our destinies but our fate is pre-decided to some extent.

some things just aren't meant to happen: no matter how hard you try, you'll always hit a brick wall

and other things are: they click into place without any resistance: the right way is often the easy way

easier way? even when it feels hard at the time

maybe...at this point, i'm not quite sure what i'm writing

'things happen for a reason'

cleared another 5.5 tons today: hopefully the last (although we still have £1000 of half pots of paint, thinners, oils and unknown liquids to go...from the house that keeps on giving)

with sam, simon, gama, lucy and joe

my day off didn't go quite according to plan

38 tons in total gone

i had just waved goodbye to the dustcart when i saw this one damp book on a pile of leaves and dirt

surely not a coincidence?

none of us had seen it there before.

the gods are laughing at me...or with me?
