DON'T point (it's rude)

DOH!

right at the finish line, BOB (the builder) who has been painstakingly tuck-pointing the entire front of house (1/2 a square meeter a day) has had a playing-football-related injury and is now off work for some months.

regardless, the scaffold is coming down (I can't bear it anymore and i want our security cameras to be filming more than scaffold planks) so we (bob) will resume pointing the last few square meters in the new year

we've had scaffold up somewhere round the house for the last two years 

was last christmas the side dangerously came adrift 

and the front's been up for about 9 months(?)

BIG props to fred and ADH scaffolding: thrilled to have the scaffold down and the pointing (almost) finished and front of house looking so good

tomorrow a before and after for you...
